    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing the areas of life you wish to change and your background and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals. We will tune the way of working in the following sessions based on your self-assessment.

    Everyone has inner barriers, family inheritance, and external circumstances when it comes to achieving life changes and self-transformations. Combining tools from Life and Ontological Coaching, I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your beliefs, behaviours patterns and life perspective.

  • Holistic

    Since achieving goals is more than just talking, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as clinical sociology, genealogy, Bach flower remedies, meditations, corporal exercises, creative visualizations, systemic activities, and more.
