During one or two initial sessions, we will focus on your objective by examining the available data and information regarding your family tree and ancestors. We will explore methods for acquiring further information as needed. To facilitate this process, we utilize predetermined templates and specialized questionnaires.

CONSTRUCTION

We will embark on constructing the genogram. This phase involves in-depth research into the relationships among family members and ancestors, including migrations, separations, traumas, medical histories, and other relevant data. The approach combines the utilization of digital tools and manual work to ensure an accurate and comprehensive representation.

ANALYSIS

This process consists of two essential steps. Firstly, a self-assessment where you reflect on the enlightening insights gained during the journey, secondly, my report that delves into the dynamics and patterns revealed by the genogram that may be impacting you to achieve your goals. The report may also provide valuable recommendations on how to effectively address and work with these key patterns using various techniques.
